Since the launch of the app store there have been numerous apps that have surprised or amused me with their offbeat feature sets or neat premise. Mean Photo and Nice Photo are two oddball apps that fit into that category.

You use your iPhone’s camera to take a picture and then you can use Mean Photo or Nice photo to add fun labels to your pictures. As you might imagine from their names each app provides different selections to add to your photos.
