Fake-A-Call is a relatively simple app with a diabolically clever purpose. Some would consider using it to be somewhat dishonest but I prefer to think of it as a little white lie that serves the purpose of preserving social harmony and order.

Plus it might help get rid of annoying fools that won’t leave you alone and it might very well help you terminate an abominable social experience such as a conversation with your mother-in-law, wife, girlfriend or other nag.

Put Fake-A-Call on your iPhone 3G now. You never know when you’ll need it and if you don’t put it on then you might well rue the day you decided not to do so.

The Good: Fake-A-Call is there when you need it to get out of a boring meeting or get rid of an annoying person.
The Bad: You’ll look very bad if somebody manages to find out you’re using it. You could get caught if someone you know detects that your fake-a-call ring tone is different than your regular ring tone.
The Verdict: Fake-A-Call is a clever app that should be on every iPhone 3G…just in case it’s ever needed. It could come in handy particularly during holiday family gatherings.
